NeonChess does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information whatsoever. All game data — including match history, XP points, level progress, and difficulty settings — is stored locally on your device only using on-device storage. We never see it. We never touch it.

All app data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage APIs. NeonChess has zero access to this data from our end. Uninstalling the app permanently and irreversibly deletes all stored data from your device. No backups are kept on any server.

NeonChess does not integrate any third-party analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or behavioral tracking services. There are no hidden trackers, no fingerprinting, and no telemetry of any kind embedded in this app.

NeonChess is suitable for players of all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, we are fully compliant with children's privacy laws including COPPA and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from children under 13 — or from anyone at all.

NeonChess is a fully offline app. No internet connection is required to play. No data is sent to any external server at any time during gameplay or otherwise. The only device permission used is haptic feedback for piece movement vibration — nothing else.

Any future updates to this privacy policy will be reflected with a new effective date displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of NeonChess after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will always maintain our core commitment: zero data collection.
