Welcome to GGNotes — the cyberpunk note-taking app built for gamers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our application.

By using GGNotes, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

GGNotes is designed with a privacy-first approach. Here is exactly what we collect:

The only data that exists in GGNotes is the content you create yourself — your notes, titles, tags, and settings. This data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and never leaves it.

All your notes and app data are stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Note titles and content you write
• Tags and categories assigned to notes
• Note accent colors and preferences
• Pin status and word goals
• Creation and modification timestamps

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

GGNotes may request the following device permissions:

• VIBRATION — Used for haptic feedback on save and delete actions
• SHARE — Used to share note content via your device's native share sheet

All permissions are used solely to enhance your in-app experience and are never used to collect or transmit data.

GGNotes uses the following third-party technologies:

• Google Fonts — Loads Orbitron, Share Tech Mono, and Exo 2 fonts for display purposes
• Ionic Framework — Powers the app's mobile interface components
• Capacitor — Provides native device access for haptics and sharing

Google Fonts may log basic request data such as your IP address when fonts are loaded. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated into GGNotes.

GGNotes does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The application does not require account creation, personal information, or any form of registration to use.

Since GGNotes stores all data locally on your device and collects no personal information, you have complete control over your data at all times. Your rights include:

• Access — View all your data directly within the app at any time
• Deletion — Delete individual notes or all data by uninstalling the app
• Portability — Share or export note content using the built-in share feature
• Control — No account required, no login, no tracking

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the application evolves. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

We will never introduce data collection practices without updating this policy and providing clear notice within the app.
